Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Execute a Strategic Business Plan: Create and implement a comprehensive business plan to target and penetrate key accounts, establish relationships with decision-makers, and drive sales growth.
  • Build Relationships with Healthcare Providers: Develop and maintain strong relationships with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to promote our pharmaceutical products and services.
  • Manage Territory and Sales Performance: Manage and track territory-specific information, including sales performance, customer interactions, and market trends, to optimize sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales operations, and customer service, to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales strategies.
  • Meet or Exceed Sales Goals: Achieve or exceed assigned sales and profit goals, while maintaining a strong understanding of customer needs and preferences.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree: A bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, marketing, or life sciences.
  • Pharmaceutical or Healthcare Industry Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare sales, with a proven track record of sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Business Acumen and Clinical Knowledge: Strong business acumen and clinical knowledge, with the ability to articulate a clinical sales message to healthcare providers.
  • CRM and Microsoft Office Skills: Proficient in using CRM tools, such as Veeva, and Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
