Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Medical Director to join our team at Concentra. As a Medical Director, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional clinical care to our patients and supporting the Director of Medical Operations in achieving optimal clinical outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care and mentorship to staff members
  • Collaborate with the Director of Medical Operations to identify opportunities for clinical quality improvement and workflow optimization
  • Work with the Center Leadership Team to ensure compliance with clinical standards and best practices
  • Maintain relationships with employers, payers, and referral sources to drive market growth
  • Assist with center staffing and adjustments as needed
Requirements
  • Current unrestricted medical license in the state of jurisdiction
  • Unrestricted DEA license for the state of jurisdiction
  • Medical degree (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree from an accredited institution
