Job Summary

As the Senior Financial Analyst, you will manage all accounting and control functions for the accounts within a designated division.

This encompasses all revenue and expense reporting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and monthly financial reporting obligations.

Key Responsibilities:
Ensures the accuracy of end-to-end management of the finance function at the account.

Provides strategic financial guidance to operations to identify and fully leverage all opportunities for revenue generation and cost containment across the business.

Analyzes and interprets financial outcomes to assist and advise the General Manager and the Company's Corporate Team.
Ensures adherence to the management agreement.
Maintains effective systems and control procedures.

Prepares financial statements within the timelines outlined in the corporate closing schedule and in accordance with Company Policies and Procedures, Generally Accepted Accounting Principles, and the Uniform System of Accounts.

Ensures timely invoicing to clients.
Manages all AP & AR processes efficiently.

Prepares accurate and timely sales and occupancy tax returns, along with any other external reports or returns as necessary.

Ensures the integrity and efficiency of computerized data processing functions.

Guarantees that all financial reports, budgets, forecasts, and other information required by the Company are accurately compiled and submitted within specified deadlines, identifying variances, and making recommendations for improvements as needed.

Reviews forecasts and budgets prepared by the management team to ensure that clients and Company Corporate Management receive performance guidelines that are both reasonable and achievable.


Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
Seven-plus years of relevant experience in a similar role.
Experience in Microsoft Excel & Access application development is advantageous.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with strong Access experience, SAP GL, SAP Payroll.

The individual must demonstrate the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities, possess strong organizational skills, and consistently produce accurate work.

Team-oriented and motivating, detail-oriented, forward-thinking, creative, capable of working under strict deadlines while maintaining a consistently stable work environment.
