Baptist Health is seeking a highly experienced and skilled Primary Care Medical Director to lead our primary care practices across Arkansas. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the clinical operations of our primary care clinics, ensuring high-quality patient care, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic leadership and oversight to our primary care practices, ensuring alignment with Baptist Health's mission and values.
- Collaborate with our Population Health Service Organization to implement value-based care contracts and delivery of care.
- Develop and maintain a quality improvement process for each primary care practice, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Lead the effort to evaluate and improve clinic operations, including provider recruitment and retention.
- Work closely with our Directors of Practice Operations to ensure seamless integration of primary care services across our network.
- Consult with our Information Services team to develop expertise in payment transformation programs and total cost of care initiatives.
Requirements:
- Doctorate degree in Medicine or Osteopathic Medicine
- Board Certification in a Primary Care Discipline
- More than 10 years of primary care practice experience
