As a Therapist, you will work with patients and their families to develop and implement treatment plans, provide individual and group therapy sessions, and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement treatment plans for patients with eating disorders
  • Provide individual and group therapy sessions to patients and their families
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
  • Document patient progress and treatment plans
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient care and treatment plans
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field
  • Full, independent licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or equivalent
  • Working knowledge of therapeutic intervention and techniques for all age groups
  • American Red Cross Professional Rescue certification
  • Formal training in the management of the aggressive patient
