Key Responsibilities
  • Research and Writing: Draft and edit academic papers, congressional and regulatory testimony, and reports for funders and the broader legal community.
  • Research Planning: Design and implement research plans to support the Center's goals.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including press, government contacts, and others.
  • Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • Analysis and Reporting: Analyze data and prepare reports on research findings.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree, with experience using and understanding data sets and statistical results.
  • Skills: Experience with databases such as Westlaw and Lexis, basic understanding of standard analysis software such as Microsoft Excel, and excellent oral and written communication skills.
