Compensation:

Up to $16.00 per hour


Work Schedule:

Approximately 26 hours per week

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage assigned store routes in collaboration with the District Manager.
  • Order necessary inventory in accordance with store guidelines using a company-provided tablet and scanner.
  • Execute a structured store visit process, including merchandising delivery, task completion, and inventory management.
  • Stay informed about current promotions, sales, and policies related to transactions.
  • Understand planograms and departmental layouts while ensuring effective inventory control.

Additional Duties:
  • Maintain effective communication with store staff during visits.
  • Verify and document merchandise deliveries.
  • Provide professional interactions with store management and associates.
  • Organize and clean display areas.
  • Conduct store assessments and audits as needed.
  • Perform physical tasks, including lifting items up to 50 lbs.
  • Potential to service additional locations based on business needs.

Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or G.E.D; prior experience in merchandising or retail is advantageous.
  • Valid driver's license required.
  • Access to a personal vehicle for travel to stores.
  • Proof of car insurance necessary.
  • Clean driving record with no more than three moving violations in the past three years.
  • Smartphone or computer with internet access.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
