Key Responsibilities- Provide clinical leadership and supervision of the Cardiology Department
- Ensure quality care for inpatients and outpatients receiving invasive and non-invasive cardiac procedures
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve departmental efficiency and patient care
- Collaborate with other hospital departments to ensure seamless patient care
- Recruit, train, and evaluate department staff
- Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing, Radiologic Technology, or other health care discipline
- Minimum of five years of direct patient care/clinical experience
- Previous clinical leadership experience
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification
The Cardiology Department Supervisor will work in a fast-paced hospital environment, interacting with patients, families, and healthcare professionals. The role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
