Position Overview:
As an Insurance Loss Control Inspector with InsurSolv, LLC, you will serve as a vital resource in assessing commercial properties. This role involves conducting thorough inspections to identify potential risks and hazards associated with various properties.

Key Responsibilities:
Your duties will include:

  • Gathering detailed information regarding the physical attributes, external dimensions, overall condition, and notable risks of properties.
  • Compiling comprehensive reports that aid client companies in evaluating whether properties meet insurance eligibility standards.
  • Acting as the primary point of contact for insurance underwriters, providing them with essential insights from your inspections.

Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:

  • A proactive attitude and the ability to manage a significant volume of inspections.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A self-motivated approach with the ability to work independently and efficiently.
  • Strong organizational skills to handle a demanding workload and effectively prioritize tasks.
  • Preferred qualifications include: VIITA Certification or experience in related fields such as construction, plumbing, electrical work, life safety, or property management.
