We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Insurance Field Inspector/Loss Control Specialist to join our team. As an independent contractor, you will be responsible for conducting thorough inspections of commercial properties to identify potential risks and hazards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive inspections of properties to identify physical characteristics, exterior measurements, and general conditions.
- Document findings and recommendations in detailed reports to assist our clients in determining risk eligibility.
- Work independently with minimal supervision, setting your own schedule to accommodate client needs.
Requirements:
- Be an energetic and analytical individual with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Have strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to compose clear and concise reports.
- Be self-disciplined, organized, and able to manage a high-volume workload with minimal direction.
- Have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
