Job Title: Sales Associate

Forever 21 is seeking a Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a welcoming store environment, and driving sales through effective selling techniques.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and needs in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to visual standards and ensuring a positive shopping experience for customers.
  • Utilize basic selling techniques to engage with customers, introduce current sales and promotions, and process sales transactions accurately.
  • Assist with daily store recovery, including restocking shelves, folding merchandise, and maintaining a tidy store appearance.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and provide a seamless customer experience.
Requirements:
  • Must be at least 16 years of age.
  • Minimum of one year of retail sales experience and previous cash handling experience is preferred.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
