The successful candidate will have a current cosmetology or esthetician license and be able to provide world-class service to our clients. As a Lash Artist, you'll be responsible for lash artistry and tinting, as well as checking clients in and out, engaging customers with exceptional service, and performing additional duties as required.

We offer an extensive training program for those who have the proper licensing but need lash training. As a member of our team, you'll have the opportunity to learn and grow, perfecting your skills and providing exceptional service to our clients.

In this role, you'll be expected to:

  • Upsell products and services to our clients
  • Book lash models during the training period
  • Discuss lash membership and product options to clients and maintain monthly sales goals
  • Monitor client books and be prompt and present for appointments
  • Work weekends and evenings as required
  • Participate in all studio cleaning activities
