Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Operations Management: Manage and administer the operations of our field teams, ensuring that all activities are carried out in accordance with our policies and procedures.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a diverse team of field staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that they have the skills and resources needed to perform their duties effectively.
  • Financial Management: Develop and manage budgets for our field operations, ensuring that expenditures are controlled and approved in accordance with our financial policies.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure that all field operations are carried out in compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and corporate policies, identifying and mitigating any risks that may impact our operations.
  • Communication and Liaison: Liaise with internal stakeholders, including elected officials and other departments, to ensure that our field operations are aligned with the needs of the organization.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering, business administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: Five years of recent management and operational experience, gained through progressively more responsible positions.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
Working Conditions

This position requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with frequent travel to field locations. The successful candidate will be required to work in a variety of weather conditions and may be required to work at heights or in confined spaces.
