Event Safety Manager Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Event Safety Manager to oversee the San Francisco region of our Event Safety Division. The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing relationships with local venues and organizations, coordinating event scheduling and logistics, managing equipment and supplies, developing leads for our sales team, and overseeing subordinate employees in the market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with local venues and event industry organizations.
  • Coordinate event scheduling, communication, and logistics for all events in the San Francisco market.
  • Manage and maintain all equipment and supplies for the market.
  • Develop and provide leads to the Event Safety sales team.
  • Oversee subordinate employees in the San Francisco market, including training, employee engagement, and discipline as required.
  • Responsible for reporting incidents and developing SOPs for specific events and venues.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

  • 2-3 years managerial experience supporting event safety services at a noteworthy venue with a proven track record of successfully integrating services with facility and public safety teams.
  • Flexible schedule required, with the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Strong administrative skills, including knowledge of scheduling and incident documentation.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to act as the primary point of contact for clients in the San Francisco market.
  • EMT certification required.
Benefits and Compensation

This is a full-time position with a competitive salary range of $75,000-$80,000 DOE. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, STD/LTD, life insurance, and a 401(k) plan.
