About the Role
In this role, you will be responsible for designing and executing training programs focused on industrial products, specifically photolithography equipment. Your responsibilities will include creating comprehensive lesson plans and collaborating with both clients and internal teams to facilitate training sessions. Additionally, you will oversee the maintenance of training equipment and cleanroom facilities to ensure they are ready for demonstrations and educational purposes.
This position offers a unique opportunity to leverage your technical knowledge while enhancing your instructional design and training capabilities.
Your Contributions
- Deliver user training on photolithography products at both company facilities and client locations.
- Conduct classroom and hands-on training sessions for both internal staff and external clients, covering operation, preventive maintenance, application, and installation of Canon photolithography systems.
- Create and update technical training materials to ensure they are accurate and relevant.
- Review and validate technical procedures to support field service teams and meet customer requirements.
- Present detailed technical information on various topics to enhance understanding among participants.
- Manage the operation and upkeep of training facilities and equipment, ensuring a conducive learning environment.
- Engage in collaborative discussions to share knowledge and improve the technical skills of junior colleagues.
- Communicate with clients to assess training needs and gather feedback on existing programs.
Qualifications
• A Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical discipline or equivalent experience, along with 3-5 years of related professional experience.
• Familiarity with semiconductor equipment maintenance is preferred, with specific knowledge of photolithography systems being advantageous.
• Previous experience in a technical training role is desirable.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% within the United States, with a valid driver's license and a clean driving record required.
• Flexibility to work various shifts as needed.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Physical Requirements & Work Environment
This position requires close visual acuity for tasks such as extensive reading, inspecting small components, and operating machinery. The role involves working in both an office setting and a cleanroom environment, necessitating the use of appropriate safety gear.
