We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Ambulatory Surgical Center team. As a PACU Registered Nurse, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the success of our team.
Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care in the PACU setting, adhering to established standards and protocols.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless patient transitions and optimal outcomes.
- Participate in unit-based quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient satisfaction and safety.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest clinical practices and technologies to provide evidence-based care.
- Current RN licensure in the state of North Carolina.
- One year of experience in an Ambulatory Surgical Center, PACU, or operating room setting.
- ACLS and PALS certification preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
