Job Overview

This is a full-time role focused on delivering essential preventative services to individuals at risk of psychiatric hospitalization. The aim is to enable these individuals to remain within the community, support smooth transitions from psychiatric facilities to community living, and ensure access to community resources that bolster recovery and resilience.

Qualifications

A Bachelor's degree in a Human Services field is preferred, accompanied by at least one year of paid experience working with the target population. Alternatively, an associate degree in a Human Services field or completion of relevant Human Services courses, combined with ten years of volunteer or paid experience with the target demographic, is also acceptable. A high school diploma is mandatory.

Requirements

Applicants must possess a valid driver's license and have reliable transportation.
