Job Summary

Aeriz is seeking a skilled Cultivation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our cultivation team, you will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining the overall health of our plants during nighttime hours.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prune and remove unwanted plant material to promote healthy growth.
  • Assist with topping and cloning to optimize plant yields.
  • Conduct regular inspections for pests and other threats to ensure a healthy growing environment.
  • Monitor and maintain water and nutrient levels to meet the specific needs of our plants.
  • Calibrate meters and adjust pH balance and electro-conductivity levels to optimize plant growth.
  • Log conditions and maintain cleanliness of grow areas to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.
  • Stay up-to-date on local and state laws and regulations related to cultivation.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Must be 21 years of age and possess a Cultivation Center Agent Identification Card.
  • Education or experience in commercial plant production is preferred.
