Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Landscape Crew Leader to join our team. As a key member of our crew, you will be responsible for managing daily tasks, training crew members, and ensuring the highest level of service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage Daily Tasks: Assign daily tasks to crews of 2-5 employees based on weather and facility maintenance schedules.
  • Train and Develop Crew Members: Provide training and guidance to new and existing crew members as needed, serving as a point of contact for crew members.
  • Operational Support: Assist with loading and unloading of work trucks and delivery trucks, and drive to and from assigned facilities to perform landscape services or snow removal.

Requirements
  • Education, Knowledge, and Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of landscape industry experience required, with 1+ year of leadership experience preferred
  • Skills and Qualifications: Possess a valid state driver's license, ability to work effectively in a team environment, manage multiple priorities/tasks, and lead, develop, and mentor crew members
  • Working Conditions: Outdoor conditions, extended work hours during peak seasons, and physical demands of the job
