Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced General Manager to lead our restaurant team. As a General Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, developing team members, and implementing unique Cafe Zupas behaviors that lead to a successful restaurant.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including managing staff, inventory, and customer service.
  • Develop team members by providing direction, feedback, and training to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
  • Implement unique Cafe Zupas behaviors that lead to a successful restaurant, including creating a positive and energized work environment.
  • Cultivate a culture of positivity and gratitude within the team, and form authentic relationships with guests.
  • Coordinate the team to run happy and well-organized shifts, and partner with District Mentors to achieve larger company initiatives.
Requirements
  • 2-5 years of leadership experience in the restaurant industry.
  • Available to work a five day set schedule.
  • Strong leadership skills and experience mentoring a team.
  • Detail-oriented, growth-minded, and a self-starter.
  • Enthusiastic, positive, and driven.
  • Adaptable to new processes and systems.
