Nursing Leadership Opportunity in Ambulatory Care

We are seeking an experienced Nursing Manager to join our team at Access Community Health Centers, Inc. as a key leader in our nursing services.
Job OverviewThe Nursing Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of nursing triage and care management delivery to patients. This includes working closely with the Director of Clinical Services-Medical to ensure compliance with organizational policies and standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead process improvement activities to enhance patient experience and quality of care.
- Collaborate with site leaders to implement Access' mission and goals.
- Ensure adequate staffing levels and provide learning experiences for Registered Nurses.
- Manage event reports, root cause analysis, and patient complaints.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- An Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
- A current WI RN License and BLS certification.
- At least 3 years of clinical experience, including telephone triage experience.
