Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain the design and integrity of customer IT systems
  • Coordinate complex projects and implement IT solutions
  • Design and implement comprehensive solutions for clients, focusing on cyber security, networking, Azure infrastructure, server building, and advanced troubleshooting
  • Lead a team of engineers to ensure projects are completed efficiently and within budget
Requirements
  • Previous experience working for a Managed Service Provider (MSP), Cloud Service Provider (CSP), or supporting multiple domains concurrently
  • Experience performing advanced troubleshooting and administration of servers, networks, and standard business applications
  • Experience with Autotask and Datto RMM preferred
  • Experience managing IT projects, building technical documents, and managing clients through RMM and PSA tools
  • Experience leading a team highly preferred
Technical Requirements
  • Microsoft Windows Server, Exchange, SQL, and 365 and Azure platforms
  • Network design and administration (TCP/IP, DNS, SNMP, VLAN, SDWAN)
  • Backup and Disaster Recovery – (Acronis and Veeam)
  • Virtualization (VMware and Hyper-V)
  • Cybersecurity
  • IT Regulatory Compliance frameworks (PCI, HIPAA, NIST, CMMC)
  • Azure administration and deployments
  • VPN setups – preferably FortiGate
