Position Overview: This role serves as a second-level specialized position in Training and Development, responsible for the creation and implementation of training initiatives, overseeing certification processes, conducting assessments, providing technical support, and facilitating knowledge transfer. The individual will work under the guidance of a senior colleague or supervisor to achieve short to medium-term objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver training programs for early childhood providers.
  • Administer certification requirements and assessments.

  • Foster positive relationships with early childhood educators, families, and community partners.
  • Evaluate Early Childhood Education (ECE) program curricula and operations.
