Job Description: Inpatient Scheduling Specialist

Join our team as an Inpatient Scheduling Specialist at the Rehab Hospital of the Pacific. This role plays a vital part in ensuring smooth operations within our hospital by coordinating patient scheduling for inpatient therapy services.

A successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be detail-oriented, and have a strong ability to multitask. A minimum of one year of experience in a healthcare setting is required.

This full-time position offers a salary range of $44,480 - $59,660 annually, depending on relevant experience and qualifications.

About the Position:

In this role, you will work collaboratively with various hospital departments, including therapy teams, to ensure seamless coordination of patient care. Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Scheduling patient appointments for inpatient therapy services
  • Cordinating with multidisciplinary teams to minimize delays or disruptions
  • Maintaining accurate records and documents related to patient care
