Key Responsibilities:
Perform high-quality, therapeutic bodywork that meets clients' needs
Communicate effectively with clients to identify their needs and set clear expectations
Stay connected with clients throughout each session to achieve the goals of each service
Recommend follow-up visits and additional services to help clients pursue their wellness goals

What We Offer:
Competitive base pay starting at $20-$24 per hour
Up to a $1,500 sign-on bonus
Gratuities averaging $20-$25 for a 60-minute session and $25-$35 for a 90-minute session
90/90 Promise: We guarantee you'll be booked at least 90% of your schedule in your first 90 days, or we'll pay you for the massage
Bonuses for enhancements and memberships

Requirements:
Minimum of 500 hours of massage therapy school and a certificate of completion
Satisfies all licensing requirements to perform services in California
