Job Title: RN Labor and Delivery L&D Registered Nurse

Health Advocates Network-Nursing is seeking a skilled Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse for a travel nursing opportunity in a dynamic healthcare setting.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Labor and Delivery, with a minimum of 2 years of recent experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, collaborating with the healthcare team, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care to Labor and Delivery patients, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Participate in emergency situations, such as C-sections and NICU care.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
Requirements:
  • Active NE/COMPACT State Registered Nurse License.
  • Labor/Delivery, postpartum couplet care, NICU, and Pediatrics experience.
  • Additional experience preferred in scrubbing in for C-sections, NICU, or pediatrics.
  • Must have ACLS, NRP, and BLS.
  • Graduate of an Accredited School of Nursing.
  • Additional certifications may be required.
