Job Summary:
InfiCare Health is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team as a Labor and Delivery Specialist. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and support to expectant mothers and their families.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care to labor and delivery patients, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Monitor fetal heart rates and maternal vital signs, and respond to any changes or complications
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Participate in postpartum care, including breastfeeding support and newborn assessment
- Document patient information and progress in a timely and accurate manner
Requirements:
- Active RN license for Nebraska
- Active BLS certification
- Experience in labor and delivery, postpartum care, and NICU
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
