As a key member of the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City, you will play a critical role in supporting the nation's central bank by conducting quantitative and qualitative analysis on Bank surveys. Your expertise will help identify trends, monitor data, prepare reports and visualizations, and present findings to inform business decisions.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct in-depth analysis of Bank surveys, including data collection, analysis, and visualization.
- Design and implement surveys to meet business requirements, ensuring high response rates and quality data.
- Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including survey respondents, to ensure data quality and accuracy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in survey research and analysis.
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field, such as mathematics, statistics, or economics.
- 3+ years of experience in survey research, data analysis, or a related field.
