As a key member of the Chris Peters - State Farm Agent team, we are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our office as an Office Representative. This role offers a unique opportunity to grow your career in a dynamic and fast-paced environment while providing exceptional service to our clients.
Responsibilities
Key responsibilities of this role include:
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Providing prompt and accurate service to customers, including responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Developing and implementing strategies to identify and pursue new business opportunities and grow our customer base.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. You will also need to be highly organized and able to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines. Additionally, a Property and Casualty license is required, and bilingual skills in Spanish are highly desirable.
