Key Responsibilities

In this position, you will:

  • Support project managers in overseeing engineering projects from inception to completion.
  • Engage in the supervision of engineering designers, ensuring quality control and effective task delegation.
  • Manage project timelines and budgets, preparing essential documentation such as contracts and fee proposals.
  • Interact with clients and public agencies, fostering strong professional relationships.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (BSCE) and a minimum of four years of relevant experience in land development, or an equivalent of nine years of total work experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to think independently and make informed decisions.
  • Strong management and supervisory skills, with a focus on building positive working relationships.
  • Experience in preliminary engineering design, including land use and zoning considerations, and the preparation of subdivision maps and public improvement plans.
