Sales Performance Consultant

Job Overview
The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving sales and profitability targets in assigned territory. With a strong focus on customer relationships, this role requires the ability to deliver superior operational outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve sales and profitability targets in assigned territory.
- Maintain planning calendar in approved CRM with a minimum of 2 weeks advanced planning.
- Actively develop qualified sales leads and manage new account sales through all stages of the sales process.
- Develop comprehensive, actionable sales and business plans for the assigned territory.
- Support and assist in implementing and maintaining certified management systems ascribed to by DKC such as ISO 9001.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in an Engineering or Science discipline.
- 2+ years track record of successful sales experience.
- Relevant experience in the Hydrocarbon Processing and/or Chemical Processing industry.
Compensation Package
We offer a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. The company also provides additional benefits including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
