Position Overview:
As an Activities Coordinator, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our residents by planning and facilitating engaging activities that cater to their recreational, physical, intellectual, spiritual, and social needs.

Employment Type: PRN, Part-Time

Benefits:
We offer a comprehensive benefits package including Health, Vision, Dental, and Paid Time Off (PTO). All associates, both part-time and full-time, will begin accruing PTO from their start date and may utilize it following the successful completion of a 90-day introductory period. PTO accrual is based on all hours worked, including regular and overtime hours.

PTO Benefits:
PTO hours can be utilized for vacation, sick leave, personal days, or holidays, with the option to cash out up to 40 hours per paycheck.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Director of Activities to design, organize, and implement quality activity programs that meet the diverse needs of our residents.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and Life Care standards while delivering activities.
- Maintain confidentiality of all proprietary and sensitive information.
- Uphold company policies, including those related to harassment and compliance.
- Exhibit professionalism and integrity by adhering to Life Care's Code of Conduct and completing mandatory compliance training.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Familiarity with the practices and regulations governing activities in a post-acute care environment.
- Ability to effectively communicate in English, both verbally and in writing.
- Demonstrated proficiency in all competency areas, including patient rights and safety protocols.
