Key Responsibilities- Supervise and Coordinate Care Services
Oversee the delivery of care services by Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and other team members, ensuring that our guests receive safe and effective care.
Provide Medication ManagementAdminister medications accurately and safely, monitoring guests' responses and reporting any changes to the physician.
Assess and Develop Care PlansEvaluate guests' health status, identify needs, and develop individualized care plans to promote optimal health outcomes.
Collaborate with Interdisciplinary TeamsWork closely with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and services.
Requirements- 1-3 years of experience in long-term care or a related field
- Current LPN licensure in the state
- CPR certification
