Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care according to nursing care plans and individualized treatment plans.
- Participate in maintaining a safe and therapeutic milieu.
- Assess physical, social, and emotional needs of patients.
- Assist with behavior management, crisis control, seclusion, and restraint under the direction of the registered nurse.
- Administer medication and treatments to patients.
- Document administration of medications and treatments according to policies and procedures.
- Current license to practice nursing in the state of Michigan (or eligible to receive or renew).
- Current CPR or BLS certification.
