Key Responsibilities:

A P&G Application Developer will be responsible for independently working on mid to large-sized implementation projects. Responsibilities include reviewing technical specifications, re-engineering program components, and identifying and resolving production problems during the cutover phase. The role also involves participating in code reviews, assisting in defining integration points between packaged apps and 3rd party systems, and performing performance testing to evaluate application characteristics. Additionally, the candidate will create technical documents outlining application overview, function, and dependencies, and unit test applications for functionality. The role requires coordination with the testing team to solve bugs and executing conversion plans such as conversion from legacy to newly developed applications.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with programming languages such as PLM/ ITSM/ ERP's: Oracle, JDA, SAP, ABAP, and BASIS. They will be able to flex between projects, possess strong communication skills, and have expertise in DTC and/or Online retail UI/UX. The candidate should also have proficiency in coding skills - HTML, JavaScript, CSS, and expertise in Adobe Creative Suite. Additionally, they should have experience with eCommerce platform expertise: i.e. Big Commerce, Shopify Plus, WooCommerce, Magento, strengths in SEO and Analytics tag implementation and management, and experience using A/B testing to inform experiments and/or optimize conversion rate. The candidate must be able to collaborate and operate within a large, complex organization and have the ability to operate with discipline while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
