Position Overview:
The Registered Nurse will play a vital role in the Wound Care Center by:
- Coordinating clinical activities and ensuring effective patient care.
- Conducting comprehensive patient assessments and developing tailored care plans.
- Implementing care strategies and participating in quality improvement initiatives.
This role involves close collaboration with both the Program Director and the Medical Director to achieve the Center's objectives, ensuring optimal healing outcomes and high levels of patient satisfaction.
Qualifications:
A minimum of an Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN) is required, with a preference for candidates holding a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN). Wound care certification is also preferred.
