Key Responsibilities:

  • Process new business paperwork in a financial office
  • Utilize intermediate to advanced computer skills to complete tasks efficiently
  • Work with Annuity applications and transfers, as well as Tax Qualified and Non-Tax Qualified Accounts
  • Collaborate with Advisors to complete and process applications for business submitted
  • Ensure accuracy of information provided and submit completed applications to insurance/security agencies

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in processing new business paperwork in a financial office preferred
  • Intermediate to advanced computer skills desired
  • Experience with Excel required
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication; both verbal and written

Benefits:

Work Environment:

  • Monday – Friday: 9 am – 5 pm
