Your role will involve supporting your sales colleagues, nurturing customer relationships, and educating potential clients about the benefits of wellness products, ensuring that their needs align with our solutions. Success in this position will be measured by your ability to close sales and your effectiveness in creating enthusiastic advocates for our brand who will share their positive experiences with others.

Key Responsibilities

  • Offer tailored recommendations based on customer interactions, demonstrating how Fun Center's wellness products can enhance their current lifestyle or help them achieve their desired lifestyle.
  • Achieve monthly sales objectives consistently.
  • Drive a high volume of pipeline activity to ensure robust sales performance.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service at all times.
  • Exhibit creativity and resourcefulness in proposing solutions (financial, technical, lifestyle, practical) to customers who may be considering our products but are uncertain.
  • Represent Fun Center with professionalism and integrity in all communications, both internally and externally.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 2 years of sales experience with a proven ability to meet or exceed targets.
  • Self-motivated individual with excellent time management skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Capability to manage multiple projects and meet critical deadlines.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Adept at conveying relevant information to various levels within the organization.
  • Committed and ethical approach to sales practices.
  • Ability to build collaborative relationships and be a trusted partner that others value working with.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of all Fun Center products and services, along with staying updated on industry trends and local incentives.
  • A bachelor's degree or higher is preferred.
