Responsibilities:
- Oversee nursing care for critically ill patients
- Execute physician orders and administer prescribed medications
- Provide respiratory care and ventilator management
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for patient care
- Continuously monitor and report on patient conditions
- Educate patients and their families on care plans
- Facilitate discharge planning for patients
- Guide and mentor new nursing staff
Qualifications:
- Associate Degree, Diploma in Nursing, or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required
- Current RN License or appropriate compact licensure
- BLS and ACLS certifications are mandatory
- Minimum of one year of experience in acute care settings required
- Experience in ICU or as an ICU float nurse is preferred
Additional Information:
- Shifts: Nights, 7 PM to 7 AM
- Salary Range: $26 - $34 per hour
- Relocation Assistance available
- Night Shift Differential: $3.25 per hour
- Weekend Differential: $2.00 per hour
