Key Responsibilities
  • Installation and Quality Control: Consistently install Lawrence products in accordance with our standard procedures, ensuring quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.
  • Pre-Installation Preparation: Review CAD drawings to identify necessary hardware and materials, and assist the project management department with measurements and surveys as needed.
  • On-Site Operations: Load materials safely onto trucks and trailers, and perform custom installation and anchoring tasks, including basic electrical work, welding, caulking, and carpentry skills.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that safety measures are in place and used at all times, and maintain trucks and trailers in good condition.
  • Communication and Teamwork: Communicate effectively with plant managers and project managers on job scheduling, due dates, and issue resolution, and promote coordination with other departments.
  • Professional Development: Maintain DOT certification and complete OSHA 30 training, and demonstrate a strong work ethic and motivated attitude.
Requirements
  • Ability to read and interpret company job tickets and identify issues prior to product shipment.
  • Ability to perform quality control of finished products to job tickets and drawings.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
