Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled CNC Fabrication Specialist to join our team as a Field Service Engineer. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for traveling to customer sites throughout the United States, Canada, and Mexico to install, service, troubleshoot, and repair company CNC fabricating machine tools.

Key Responsibilities:

* Travel to customer sites to perform installations, services, and repairs of CNC fabricating machine tools
* Provide high-quality technical service to customers to ensure optimal machine performance
* Document customer machine information and technical conditions, and make improvement suggestions
* Train customers to operate and/or service machines to ensure maximum productivity
* Act as a company service ambassador and work directly with customers during installations and repairs to enable their business success

Requirements:

* Must be a flexible professional, curious, and bold, focused on customer service and quality
* A hands-on problem solver experienced in electronics, digital circuits, wiring, mechanics, and hydraulics
* Technologically savvy and experienced in software and file management

What We Offer:

* Competitive hourly rate of $33/HR to $40/HR plus OT and per diem

Travel Requirements:

* 100% travel - Monday through Friday (home on Friday)
