Job Title: CDL Shuttle Driver

We are seeking a highly skilled and safety-conscious CDL Shuttle Driver to join our team at Triangle Corporate Coach. As a CDL Shuttle Driver, you will be responsible for transporting passengers safely and efficiently using a commercial vehicle, such as a shuttle bus.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operating a commercial vehicle to transport passengers from one location to another, adhering to traffic laws and maintaining safety protocols.
  • Determining the best routes to reach destinations in a timely and efficient manner, utilizing GPS systems, maps, or other navigation tools.
  • Performing pre- and post-trip inspections to ensure the vehicle is in proper working order and meeting safety requirements.
  • Providing excellent customer service by being courteous, professional, and assisting passengers with any needs or questions they may have during the trip.
  • Maintaining accurate records of driving activities, such as Electronic Log Device (ELD) or manual logbooks, fuel receipts, or any other required documentation.
Requirements:
  • Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with P Endorsement.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a commercial motor vehicle operator.
  • Impeccable driving skills, with a focus on safety and customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for positive client interactions.
  • Familiarity with the local area, including Raleigh, Durham, Chapel Hill, and the ability to navigate using GPS systems.
  • Professional demeanor, punctuality, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to adapt to changing situations and provide solutions under pressure.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage schedules and client requirements.
