Job Title: Diagnostic Imaging Cath Lab Technologist

We are seeking a skilled Diagnostic Imaging Cath Lab Technologist to join our team at OneStaff Medical. As a Cath Lab Technologist, you will play a vital role in assisting doctors during invasive cardiovascular procedures such as angioplasty, cardiac catheterization, and electrophysiology.

Job Summary:

The Diagnostic Imaging Cath Lab Technologist will be responsible for preparing patients for procedures, operating imaging equipment, and maintaining a safe and clean environment. You will work closely with our team of healthcare professionals to ensure the highest level of patient care and satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare patients for procedures by explaining the process, positioning them correctly, and ensuring their safety and comfort.
  • Operate imaging equipment, such as fluoroscopy and ultrasound machines, to capture high-quality images of the heart and blood vessels.
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment by following infection control protocols and disposing of biohazardous materials.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective treatment plans.
Requirements:
  • Associate's degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography or a related field.
  • Current certification as a Cardiovascular Technologist or Diagnostic Medical Sonographer.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a Cath Lab or similar setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
