Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Administrative Assistant Coordinator at The Trayner Group Ltd.

This position involves providing administrative support to our operations team, ensuring seamless day-to-day activities.

The successful candidate will perform various secretarial duties, including typing, mailing, faxing, and photocopying correspondence and materials as assigned.

Responsibilities include screening and routing telephone calls, responding to inquiries from the public, vendors, and contractors/subcontractors, and referring calls to appropriate personnel.

In addition, this role entails assembling and distributing all materials and mail, establishing and maintaining documents, manuals, and materials, and inventorying and ordering office supplies.

The ideal candidate will have experience operating standard office equipment, such as fax machines, scanners, copiers, computers, telephones, scales, and communication equipment.

Maintaining travel itineraries and company calendars is also an essential part of this role.

Aids in planning and implementation of company events.
