Job Description

Haimer USA, a leading manufacturer of high-end precision tool holders, is seeking a skilled Accounting Clerk to support its Accounting team. As a key member of the team, you will play a vital role in maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring timely payments and collections, and providing administrative support to the accounting department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate records of financial transactions by entering data into accounting software
  • Reconcile Bank Statements and ensure discrepancies are resolved
  • Help with processing accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections
  • Input daily transactions and ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Assist with travel expense reporting and credit card payments
  • Maintain and update financial records, including invoices, receipts and payments
  • Assist in the preparation for audits and ensure compliance with internal controls
  • Provide administrative support to the accounting department as needed
  • Assist with special projects and tasks as assigned by Accounting Manager

Requirements:

  • Understanding of basic business financials
  • Proficient in PC skills including MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint
  • Experience with CRM, ERP and Accounting systems
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Honest, dependable, reliable
  • Energetic and self-motivated
  • Attentive to details and well-organized
  • Strong desire for customer satisfaction
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
