About the Role:

The Operating Room at Sinai Hospital is a dynamic and fast-paced environment that requires a high level of clinical expertise and attention to detail. As a Registered Nurse II, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care, collaborating with other healthcare professionals, and contributing to the development of evidence-based practice.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide safe, high-quality patient care in the operating room setting
  • Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
  • Develop and implement individualized patient care plans
  • Contribute to the development of evidence-based practice and quality improvement initiatives
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and technologies

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of RN Ortho Operating Room experience
  • Associate's degree in Nursing or Diploma in Nursing
  • Maryland Board of Nursing (MBON) Registered Nurse license
  • American Heart Association BLS Certification
  • Specialty Certification Preferred
