Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Sterile Processing Technician to join our team at JobRialto. As a key member of our Central Service Department, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper decontamination, inspection, assembly, and sterilization of surgical instruments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Decontamination and Inspection: Decontaminate surgical instruments according to manufacturer's instructions or advised by the department supervisor or manager.
  • Assembly and Sterilization: Assemble trays in a manner that ensures device sterility and presents a tray that is easy for the end user to access for use.
  • Equipment Operation: Operate decontamination equipment, sterilizers, and other processing equipment according to manufacturer's instructions.
  • Documentation and Tracking: Document all load contents, interface loads to tracking system, and record all pertinent information.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Graduate or Equivalent Required.
  • Licensure/Certification/Registration: CRCST, CBSPDT, CIS preferred.
  • Work Experience: 1-3 years work experience in CSPD preferred.
Additional Information

This is a full-time position with a rotating on-call schedule. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sterile processing and be proficient in operating robotic, ortho trauma, and total joint instruments. Must be competent with SPM and live greater than 50 miles from Dover, NH.
