Overview

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary range for this position is $60,000 - 74,000 per year, with a sign-on bonus of $5,000. You will also enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including generous PTO, health insurance, life insurance, and a 403(b) retirement plan.

Job Description

As an ACCS Clinician, you will work closely with program participants and outreach staff to provide clinical expertise and support personal growth. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Empowering Personal Growth: Meet with participants to assess their needs and create personalized treatment plans using a strengths-based approach.
  • Coordinate Care: Work with other service providers and DMH staff to ensure comprehensive care that addresses all aspects of well-being.
  • Provide Clinical Expertise: Lead the team by offering guidance, support, and training on evidence-based practices.
  • Ensure Progress: Complete essential paperwork and assessments to ensure treatment plans are up-to-date.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A clinical master's degree
  • A Massachusetts clinical license or license-eligible status
  • Experience providing clinical and recovery services to individuals with mental illness
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and writing skills
