About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Tax Manager to join our team at Jobot. As a key member of our accounting department, you will be responsible for leading tax compliance and other client engagements, as well as managing teams of various sizes.

Responsibilities
  • Review and prepare complex corporate, partnership, and individual income tax returns
  • Manage multiple tax compliance and other client engagements simultaneously
  • Lead and mentor teams of accountants and other professionals
  • Develop and implement tax strategies to minimize client liabilities
  • Stay up-to-date with changing tax laws and regulations
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting or a related field
  • CPA or EA certification highly preferred
  • Minimum 4 years of public accounting experience
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
