Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Team Management
    • Supervise and mentor a team of licensed practical nurses to ensure high-quality patient care and efficient practice operations.
    • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance patient satisfaction and staff engagement.
  • Practice Operations
    • Collaborate with the practice manager to develop and implement practice policies and procedures.
    • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accreditation standards.
  • Education and Training
    • Develop and deliver training programs to enhance staff knowledge and skills.
    • Provide coaching and feedback to staff to promote professional growth and development.
  • Quality and Safety
    • Monitor and evaluate practice performance to identify areas for improvement.
    • Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient safety and satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Education
    • High School Diploma or GED, required.
    • Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program, required.
    • Associates Degree or Bachelor's degree in a related field, preferred.
  • Experience
    • Minimum of two years of demonstrated leadership, training, and process improvement experience.
    • Experience in the physician office practice setting, required.
  • Licensure/Certification
    • Current LPN licensure in the appropriate state, required.
  • Additional Skills
    • Successful completion of generic and department-specific skills validation, competency testing, and Basic Life Support.
    • Leadership development, preferred.
